When will my shipment arrive? 

Shipping times may vary per item and country of origin, Please allow 5 to 12 business for delivery after your order is dispatched. Some items are available for next day shipping on orders placed before 3:00 pm EST.

Items that are customized for you will experience an extended delivery window based on your personal request. You will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

What happens when I order from multiple countries of origin?

As a sustainable company, we aim to ship with as low a carbon footprint as possible so we combine shipments to your final destination whenever possible.  Because of this commitment, in some cases, we require an extended delivery window.  If this is required based on your order we will make sure to keep you informed. 

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 as well as upgrades to Two-Day for $35 and Overnight for $50 in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

Do you ship Internationally? 

We proudly ship worldwide but note that shipping cost, duty, and taxes are not included. 

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Equal Hands to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with Equal Hands, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting "My Account", followed by "Orders". 

Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally, 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.

Please note, first-time orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. We are also unable to accommodate shipment to PO boxes or APO addresses.
