What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of the item’s delivery date. Customized items and sale markdowns are, however, final. Once we have received and processed your return, refunds will be issued via your original method of payment. Purchases made using a gift card or store credit will be refunded as a credit to your Equal Hands account. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
To initiate a return, please log into your Equal Hands account, open Your Order History, and click on "Return an Item."
To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging and with seal tags attached. Packaging may include hang tags, dust covers, and or garment bags. Cosmetics must be unopened to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet our return criteria.

Can I make an exchange?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we are happy to help you with a replacement for items that were not made under the personalized service or final markdown sale price.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are, unfortunately, non-refundable. Accordingly, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount of that refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive a returned item sent by you.
